The sale and use of our products is only for professionals in the beauty industry including students, skin, beauty and welness centers, spas, estheticians, cosmetolgists, medical offices or individuals with certification or license in Massage Therapy, Aesthetics, Hair Removal and/or Cosmetology.
Shipping
-Puerto Rico & US
Our orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.) Orders placed after Friday at 12:00 PM PST will be shipped the following business week. We kindly ask that you anticipate 3-7 business days for standard shipping and processing.
o Massage Tables (PR Only, not available for US). Shipping cost: $99.99
o Orders up to $199.99 (subtotal). Shipping cost: $9.99, excludes Massage Tables
o Orders up to $299.99 (subtotal). Shipping cost: $19.99, excludes Massage Tables
o Orders up to $499.99 (subtotal). Shipping cost: $29.99, excludesMassage Tables
o Free Shipping to PR and US on Orders over $500 (subtotal), excludes Massage Tables
-International Orders
For shipments to the United States and the Caribbean please email info@biyouti.co and we will assist you.
Shipping Confirmation
Upon checkout, an email will be sent to you with a copy of your order and a request for your business license or corresponding professional certificate or license. Once documents are received and your order has shipped, you will receive an additional email to confirm shipment of your order. Should you have any questions about your order status, please email us info@biyouti.co.
Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel an order you have already placed, please email us with the subject "Cancel My Order" or Order #. Order cancellations must be made within 24 hours from order placement. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Returns & Exchanges
If at any time within 30 days of receipt you are not happy with the product, please email us at info@biyouti.co and we will replace or refund your product. Products must be returned in new or gently used condition. A 20% fee will be charge for any open products that are not approved for exchanges. Customers are responsible for paying freight. Once a return is received at our offices, we will process the return in 3-5 business days.

Report Other Problem
If your order is missing a product, contains a damaged item, or other concern, email us at info@biyouti.co. To expedite your request, please have your order number in the subject title and attach any photos you may have of the issue.
